By using DonnaLica.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.
DonnaLica.com can only accept transactions and delivery orders made within the United States.
ORDERS
Orders are subject to email confirmation.
PRICES
Applicable sales tax is shown on payment page. Prices advertised on website are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US Dollars.
SHIPPING
General shipping costs apply for the delivery of Donna Lica. Expedited shipping requires an additional charge. Please send us an email if you'd like your item expedited. Processing time: Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship out on Monday. Delivery is complete with USPS delivery confirmation. Donna Lica Boutique is not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or delayed during shipment. USPS tracking number is provided with all orders. No compensation will be made for error due to incorrect address submitted at checkout or post office error.
We recommend reviewing the size guide on the individual item prior to placing your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! Donna Lica wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange of size, color or style. To return your purchase, please send an email to donnalica.swimwear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of your order with your original order number and the reason why you would like to return your item. We will provide a return label. All refunds and exchanges will incur a fee of $7.99 for the return shipping.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I EXCHANGE?
We accept exchanges on all of our products, except those marked with 'Final Sale’. Final sale items cannot be returned, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE MY EXCHANGE?
To book your exchange, please email donnalica.swimwear@gmail.com. You must include your order number, name, and best contact number or email address.
IS MY EXCHANGE ELIGIBLE?
For an exchange to be processed, eligible products needs to be returned within 30 days of the date you received your parcel providing the product is in original condition. That is, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, odor-free, with all tags and sanitary labels attached. Donna Lica reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you with an electronic credit note which can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred bikini.
PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR EXCHANGE:
Great love + care has been taken to ensure your bikini arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is folded neatly in original packaging keeping all labeling flat & undamaged. The cost involved in returning an item to Donna Lica will not be covered or reimbursed by the company and is the sole responsibility of the customer. For your own peace of mind, we recommend you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and consider using a registered post to track your item. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE:
Once your return has undergone a quality control check, our returns team will inspect your items and determine whether the exchange will be offered in accordance with our policy. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed between 7-10 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Exchanges will be issued for products of lesser and equal value once we receive the unused product back. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact donnalica.swimwear@gmail.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
SWIMWEAR
To ensure your swimwear/ cover-up has a long life, it is recommended that you follow the steps below. Please take special care when wearing, washing, and storing your Donna Lica swimwear.

Do not iron, bleach, wring, tumble dry, dry clean, or machine wash

Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water immediately after use, making sure all chlorine, salt and sand is cleansed from the fabric

Lay flat/Line dry in the shade to drip dry. Do not leave your swimwear rolled up wet or in direct sunlight as this may cause the color to fade and damage the fabric

Store in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture from building within the fabric

Avoid contact with rough surfaces, for example, rocks, pebbles, stone, and concrete pool surfaces as this may cause balling of the fabric and loss of elasticity

Never stretch or pull your swimwear with force

Extreme heat and high levels of chlorine may fade or damage your swimwear over time

Take care when using sunscreen lotions, fake tans, and tanning oils as they may stain or damage your swimwear

We recommend that you do not wear your swimwear in spa baths as it could cause damage to the fabric
JEWELRY/HANDBAGS
· Never shower or swim wearing your jewelry/handbag, as chlorine/fresh/saltwater can cause damage to all metals, crotchets, and knots and will erode; ruin jewelry (Thoroughly dry your jewelry/handbags after exposure to water.).
· Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening, or performing sports activities.
· Always protect your jewelry/handbags from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, household cleaning fluids, sunlight, and heat/cold.
· Do not let your jewelry/handbags come into contact with nail polish removers, creams, perfume, or hairspray.
· Store your jewelry/handbags in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti-tarnish strip. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.
· Your jewelry/handbags will age and tarnish naturally over time; be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidization, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewelry with certain elements such as oxygen or sulfur as well as with certain acids.
